Steal My System: the 30-second lead reply that runs while you sleep

This first one is the system I’d build before any other, because it fixes the most expensive leak in almost every agent’s business: slow lead response.

The problem

You already know this one in your gut. A lead comes in — a portal inquiry, a form fill, an open-house sign-in — and there’s a window where they’re paying attention. That window is short. Studies on lead response have said the same thing for years: replying in the first few minutes versus an hour later is the difference between a conversation and a voicemail nobody returns.
